Admissions
Initial Call
To begin, call 804-447-0276. Our team can provide general information about our Adult ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program and explain the next steps.
Clinical Suitability
As part of the admissions process, our clinical team reviews appropriate information to determine whether the Adult ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program may meet a prospective client’s clinical needs. Clinical suitability must be determined before admission, and an inquiry does not guarantee admission.
Next Steps
If the program appears clinically appropriate, our team will explain the next steps, including scheduling and any preliminary insurance verification. Insurance verification does not guarantee coverage or payment. Transportation availability must also be reviewed and confirmed separately.

Funding & Billing
Our team can provide general information about insurance and billing by phone. Insurance verification is preliminary and does not guarantee coverage or payment. Please contact your insurance plan directly to confirm your benefits and financial responsibility. Do not submit private medical or insurance information through the website or chatbot.
